Gee oh my, those feeling of stomping the ground with wild hearts and arms waving as you make it through security heading towards the venue with a grin ear to ear. Stomach filled with anticipation awaiting to be immersed in the vibrations and lights of what is to come. Live music hitting you from head to toe with the artist’s unique flare sending you off onto a journey of both your own and shared.
Music expresses the human experience in all degrees. Each genre and artist having something different to serve in the noise buffet. With Covid-19 restricting us from gathering in such large numbers; we as a community beckon to be in grand halls and venues where we are bathed in sound and vibration.
By having to experience a withdraw of something we are able to appreciate what we had. The lost of something opens the opportunity for a deeper love and acknowledgement. We went along taking so many things for granted, and perhaps this is an important time where we reflect on what matters most and how we can shape a future where these things exists amongst our priorities.
